8 CLAUSES · 2 DOCUMENTS · 1 JURISDICTION
This site publishes two kinds of material: descriptions of the kitchen work we carry out in Oakleigh, and long-form guides explaining how kitchens are measured, specified and built. Neither is a quotation. The terms below set out what the published information is for, what it is not, and how a priced scope of work is actually issued.

CLAUSES 01–02 · GENERAL
Using this website means accepting the clauses on this page as they stand at the time of your visit.
These terms apply to kitchenrenovationoakleigh.com.au and every page published on it, including service pages, the process page, project references and the Kitchen Guides. They govern your use of the website only. Where work is agreed and carried out, that work is governed by the written quotation and accompanying documents issued for it, not by anything on this site.
The guides describe general practice: how layouts are planned, how clearances are set, how benchtop and splashback materials behave, and what the thirteen stages of a kitchen involve. They are written to help you read a drawing and ask better questions. They are not a structural, plumbing, electrical or building-code assessment of your own home.
Every house behaves differently once the old cabinetry comes off the wall. Wall lines run out of square, services sit where no drawing predicted, and slab heights vary. Dimensions, material behaviour and service locations must always be confirmed on site before anything is ordered or cut.

The written guides, service copy, diagrams, dimension notes and page structure published here belong to Kitchen Renovation Oakleigh. You may read and print them for your own renovation planning. Republishing, resale or reuse in another business’s marketing is not permitted without written consent.
Photographs used to illustrate materials, cabinetry details and finishes are licensed reference images and remain the property of their licensors. They show techniques and materials under discussion rather than a particular commission.

Guides sometimes point to manufacturers, stone suppliers, hardware makers or public information sources so you can check a specification at its origin. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability or their own terms and privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of any product range or price list published there.
Product specifications, warranty conditions and material availability change without notice. Confirm anything material to your decision directly with the supplier before you commit to a selection.
CLAUSE 08 · VICTORIA · AUSTRALIA
This website is provided on an as-is basis. We take care that what is published is accurate and useful, but we cannot warrant that every page is complete, current or uninterrupted, and access may be suspended while the site is maintained or updated. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of general guidance published here rather than on a measured, written scope of work.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any matter arising from them. They may be updated from time to time, and the version published on the site at the time of your visit is the version that applies.
